Make no bones of this, what i have exposed is a multy million pound fraud, read about it at the OFT under 'debt sale and transfer' or 'assignment' and you will see what i am exposing as well as a number of companies who are claiming to be able to write off debt. So much of it is scam.

There is a high court case coming up soon in which i have thousands of cases of consumers being ripped off.

I resigned because i need more time and energy to prepare for these cases and the fact that the national party wouldnt support me in this endeavour. I dont want the hard work and efforts of our local party tarnished by someting that i am involved in. By distancing myself from politics i am also removing some of the channels for acusations of these criminals such as i am profiteering from politics or using political influence in closeing them down.

In simple terms, dont believe everything you read on the web and always remember , if it looks too good to be true - it could very well be the next scam.

The report the BBC have is worded very interestingly:

A parliamentary candidate for the Liberal Democrats has resigned after allegations a racist message was sent from his official email address.

David Jack, who was Lib Dem candidate for Stoke North, reportedly denies sending the email last Friday night.

The party says it has begun an "immediate investigation" after learning about the email on Tuesday.

It said: "David Jack is no longer a parliamentary candidate for the Liberal Democrats."

The seat is currently held by Labour MP Joan Walley.

Did he jump or was he pushed?

The fact is that Shaun Bennett expressed concerns over the suitability of David Jack to be a parliamentary candidate many months ago.

He probably now has every right so say told you so.

Channel 4 reckon this was part of the content of the e-mail in question,

"...if I was you I would f*** back off to the hills of tora borro (sic), I have your home address, you are f***** sunshine, we shall see who has got balls now you two faced lying f****** paki... your cards f*****... prison awaits you b** boy. Think your (sic) brave, you don't know the line you have crossed you f*** witt (sic) - keep looking over you shoulder theif! (sic)"

I don't for a moment belive that David would send anything as vile as that. The BBC say that he says he was out and nowhere near his computers when the e-mail was sent. It don't take a lot to send a e-mail from any address, all you need is a persons e-mail and the right password. I think one of the dirty scumbag loan munggers have done this, and sent that disgusting thing to themselfs, would you put it past that kind of cockrotch, becouse I wouldn't.

George, I would think many drucken text and e-mails get sent on a Friday and Saturday night, with the odd strange photo in there to boot. But, I ask you this, would David, worse for the pop or not, send something that puts his chance of running for Westminster at risk, I 100% sure he would not.

David, your enemies, within and without will capitalise on your demise.

So it seems that the reasons for David Jack standing down were not entirely 'personal' after all but instead relate to an abusive E Mail that he admits was sent from his account-although he says he didn't write it.

I don't know about the facts of the case, I suppose its possible for someone to have hacked into his E Mail account. Certainly, he would be VERY stupid to think he could get away with doing something like that if he did it himself. And his defence is so weak on first glance that I'm inclined to believe him.

However, Whether he sent the E mail or not, I have been saying for a good many months now that I thought he was an unsuitable candidate. This was due to his behaviour on this forum and his consistant abuse of political opponents. He has spread vicious lies about me, my private life and my family; he has used abusive words to describe me; he has consistantly been a thoroughly nasty candidate. Indeed, this only stopped over a month ago.

So I don't know whether David has done the things of which he is now accused. We may well find that he has not. But his past behaviour does support the allegaton against him and given the words he has used in the past on this forum against me in particular, I think that many will easily be able to believe that the allegation is true.

As I said above, I'm very sorry that David is no longer the candidate. I thought he damaged the Lib Dems and I wanted to see him on election night when he came third. Another candidate may put up a better fight for the Lib Dems-and I'm sorry about that too.

David, I don't know about that, getting the magic pen out when filling out the expence forms seems to bulk the take home pay of many MPs up a bit...lol. Just ask Bill Cash, he seems to know about it.

It's not necessary for anyone to have had Mr. Jack's password in order for the email to appear to have come from him.

Anyone could do it. If the headers of the email were published, then we would have more useful evidence.

I would be less surprised to find that those accused of fraud had come up with this as a smear campaign than to find that a racist thought that the LibDems were the best way to achieve political success in Stoke.

David, I don't want to kick you whilst you're down, so I will ignore the personal stuff.

As I said above, I think you may have been a victim in this case. But if you hadn't said some fairly abusive things about people in public in the past, you would have more of a case in claiming your innocence now.

I have said for a long time that you were likely to resort to personal abuse when you are losing the argument. There are numerous examples of your unwise remarks throughout this site.

Yes you may be a victim in this case, but you should have been deemed an unsuitable candidate last year following your remarks.

If I stood for election- well, you wouldn't mistake me for a Thatcherite or a loyalist to this government because it's obvious that I'm not. But if I've slagged people off, or if David has slagged people off, is that supposed to be curtains?

We've seen a girl fired from her job for saying on Facebook that she was bored at work. We've seen it all. I think it's because so many old-fashioned tossers still can't understand that the internet is actually very much like pub talk, not worthy of condemning someone.

How can you be exposing a scam that has been on the OFT website for six months, you were trying to claim credit for work the OFT has already done and failed to follow up because there is no scam.
I wish you all the best in court and hope you are not wanting or hoping for the OFT to back you up as they will not, they are the subject of court action themselves on this issue.

Hacking is easy to prove and as it was a Lib Dems email account it will take them 10 minutes to check the IP address of all emails sent from that account, or will you claim next week your wireless braodband account was also hacked with 128 bit encryption. Just admit you got things wrong, as we all do and move on, life is as hard or as easy as you make it.

This has echoes of Lee Wanger's tall story that he was in the habit of letting people walk in from the street to use his computer and one day he just happened to leave his credit card by the computer, and whoever it was that day just happened to use his card to sign him up to a child porn website. Yeah right, as if!

Read DJs Scam.com posts and then make up you're own mind about whether he sent this email. Although some of his older, drunken, rants are now removed there are still a few gems.

I don't know many other people who are so bad at spelling and grammar(perhaps when slighlty tipsy) It's not very often you come across someone who enjoys using the phrase 'f*ck wit' in type so liberally. A coincidence I think not. His fingerprints are all over this one.

You've missed the point Gary. I have never said that I don't debate with them. I have debated with David even after his abusive wording-as many people on this site will testify. Indeed, we debated so much that some people I seem to remember complained that we took over.

I'm talking about a little common courtesy in debates and avoiding abusive words and outbursts.

You and I are forever debating, and yet neither of us have ever resorted to cheap personal abuse have we.

Whilst i still like and have sympathy for David I have to agree with Shaun in that he did often go OTT with his personal remarks and Shaun always came out better simply because he chose not to respond in the same vein.

It is up to David to say wether he wrote that material or not and it's not up to me to decide that he did write it.
Personally, I thought his political arguments had grounds and in between the banter, his case often stood up.

The notion of politicians not using racist and offensive language in private is a myth.
I have a full list of serving politicians who use these terms on a near daily basis.

David, you now know how it feels to be accused and have to try and prove your innocence. God is watching us all and he will judge us, so we should leave Davis alone to put his life back together. We need to learn from the actions of others, but he was warned and we all must be responsible for our actions and that was David's Campaign that he lost sight of.

It's not clear to me how good an MP David Jack might have made, but I await with interest the results of the investigation into his email account. It is fairly easy to show if his email address was merely spoofed. It's a bit trickier to prove if someone actually managed to hack into his account and genuinely sent the mail from David Jack's account.

I'm sorry to say that my common sense is leading me to believe that most likely neither of these scenarios happened, simply because a quick google indicates that Mr Jack can't control himself, and likes to swear at people and call them names, between his more sensible arguments. His opinion:

The supposed quotes from his offensive email looks very much like a more extreme version of his normal, more public posts, right down to the mistakes. Doesn't look good. Lib Dems may have had a narrow escape from a more serious embarrassment.

There's a terrible 'armchair warrior' culture whereby people hide behind their keyboards and think its acceptable to use language to abuse others that they would think twice about if they actually were down the pub. It's also amazing how otherwise intelligent people constantly seem to mess up through not properly considering how the internet works.
